Do you crochet items from patterns from other designers?
At Betriz we have our own designs and we also crochet items from patterns from other designers who allow it, their work is great! You can find all the amigurumi that we crochet in our store, as well as other crochet products.
Also, if you have your own character and want to make it a doll, we will be happy to sit down and talk with you it to see how we can help you.
CUSTOMIZED AMIGURUMIS
How long will it take to crochet my order?
We make customized amigurumis in approximately 6 business days from the moment the order is placed, but it is important to bear in mind that on high season dates (Christmas, The Three Kings and Easter) we often have a queue for orders, so it may take a little longer. Check with us before placing your order to find out if we have availability.
What if I am not satisfied with my custom amigurumi order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, write to us and we will sit down with you to discuss the changes you want so that you are happy. We want you to be happy with your product.
What happens if it breaks?
If your amigurumi suffers an accident that can be fixed (other than that it went through a shredder :D) write to us and it will enter the Betriz Store’s Hospital at no additional cost, only the shipping costs. We want it to last a long time with you.
I am vegan and do not want any type of animal fiber in my order.
If you are vegan and do not want wool on your item, let us know before we start crocheting it when making your purchase, we will only use cotton and synthetic wool in your order.
PAYMENTS
I do not want to pay through the website. Can I do it by bank transfer?
On our ecommerce you have the option of paying by debit/credit card or Paypal, but if you prefer to do it directly, write to us at hola@betriz.com and we will send you the information. Please keep in mind that we will not send you your order until the payment has cleared into our bank account.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We only accept payments by Paypal, transfer and credit or debit card.
How much does it cost in my currency?
On the Internet you will find many web pages that convert euros to your currency, so you can be clear about how much our prices are equivalent to in your country. Here we leave you one.
Is it safe to buy in your online store?

SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments are made through a shipping company and delivery is made in most cases between 48-72 hours. If your order is personalized or there is a time specified on the product page, add to this time the time it takes to weave it.
It is important that you provide us your ID to avoid problems with customs. Import / customs costs will be borne by the customer.
What shipping methods do you use?
For the spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands we ship our items through a shipping company with tracking, delivery in 48-72 hours.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, we ship our orders through Correos de España with tracking, delivery in 48-72 hours.
For shipments to Europe, we ship through Correos de España with tracking, delivery in 48-72 hours.
For shipments to the rest of the world, we ship through Correos de España with tracking, delivery in 5 to 7 days.
